Assessing Civic Learning and Community Impact in Undergraduate and Graduate Community Engagement Programs: Tensions, Strategies, and Resources

As institutions strive to provide impactful civic engagement programs, they face numerous tensions regarding assessment of student learning, community impact, and institutional outcomes.  Participants will receive overviews of two civic learning programs (graduate and undergraduate); and participate in discussions to illuminate assessment-related tensions, resources, and strategies.
