Emerging Leaders in Public Education: A Data-Informed Approach to Identifying Success Indicators

How can institutions measure whether they are impacting public good? Our approach to identifying skills needed to produce results as managers in urban school systems includes analysis of several years’ worth of employer feedback and outcomes data. We found four competencies positively correlated to measures of our graduates’ success.
