Quality Work in a Global Environment
As the demand for online education continues to grow, more faculty are faced with the transition from the brick and mortar environment to the distance-based delivery modality. Based on the results of a qualitative research study, presenters will address specific requirements associated with better efficiency among online faculty members in the provision of quality services to distance-based students. The efficiency will be explored from multiple perspectives, including teaching and administrative faculty and diverse educational cultures.
